The GCL Gazette is printed in process colour (CMYK) on newsprint.
- Please submit all artwork in the exact size booked.
- Please submit artwork in CMYK (no RGB).
- Acceptable file formats are Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Acrobat PDF for optimum print quality. Please package all files used in the artwork. Please note that Word or Publisher files are not print readyand need to be converted to a PDF file before submission.
- All artwork, and photos should be submitted in high resolution(at least 300 dpi and line art to 600 dpi for output at 1200 dpi).
- Reverse print (light coloured font on dark background) needs to be atleast 12 pts and a block type font to print clearly.
- Ads are printed as submitted!
- Graphic design services available upon request (at additional cost).

- Ad space is limited and all ads will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Print-ready ad files can be submitted to gazette@gclyeg.com
- Ad placement is only guaranteed once full payment and ad file have been received and confirmed.
- Ad space may sell out. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
- Ads are printed as submitted. Please ensure ads are submitted according to outlined dimensions and specifications.
- Glastonbury Community League reserves the right to refuse any advertisements that it does not deem appropriate for a family/community newsletter.
